They have all been suspended, along with 10 others, including one from Morriston Hospital, Swansea, since last year.
All three are expected to appear before Bridgend Magistrates' Court on 28 July.
The Crown Prosecution Service's Catrin Evans said it was a "complex" and ongoing investigation being carried out by South Wales Police.
